14-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: At Inovascript, we offer a 14-day return policy for our digital products under specific technical conditions to ensure your satisfaction.

1. 14-DAY RETURN PERIOD

You have the right to request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. Since Inovascript provides digital goods (scripts, software, templates), this policy is designed to protect both the consumer and the intellectual property of our developers.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND

A refund request will be granted if it meets the following criteria within the 14-day window:

Technical Issues: If the product has critical bugs or broken code structures that prevent it from functioning as advertised.
Non-Delivery: If the download link was not provided or the product was never delivered to your account/email.
Product Not as Described: If the delivered script is significantly different from the features listed on our product page.
Unresolved Support: If you report a technical problem and our team cannot provide a solution or fix within 7 business days.

3. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

Refunds will NOT be processed in the following situations:

The 14-day period from the date of purchase has expired.
"I changed my mind" or "I no longer need this project" after downloading the source code.
The user lacks the technical knowledge to install the script (In this case, we recommend purchasing our Installation Service).
Compatibility issues with 3rd party hosting or server environments that do not meet our minimum requirements.
The product has been modified or the source code has been altered by the user.

4. REFUND PROCESS

To initiate a refund, please email support@inovascript.com with the following details:

Order ID and Date of Purchase.
A clear explanation of the reason for the return.
Screenshots or error logs (if the reason is technical).

Once approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
