Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement has been prepared in accordance with the "Regulation on Distance Contracts" to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products/services performed by the Seller to the Buyer.

1. PARTIES

1.1. SELLER (Service Provider):

1.2. BUYER (Customer):

The person who places an order via the website and whose information is provided during the checkout process.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this Agreement is the sale and delivery of the digital products or services ordered by the Buyer electronically from the Seller's website, subject to the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

3. PRODUCT AND ORDER INFORMATION

The type, quantity, brand, model, sales price, and payment method of the products/services are as stated at the time the order is finalized. These details are also sent to the Buyer's email address as an order confirmation.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1. The Buyer declares that they have read and informed themselves about the basic characteristics, price, payment method, and delivery information of the product/service on the website.
4.2. Digital products are delivered to the Buyer electronically (via email or user panel) immediately or within the specified timeframe after payment confirmation.
4.3. The Seller is responsible for providing the product/service in a complete and functional manner, in accordance with the specified qualifications.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (REFUND POLICY)

5.1. For digital content and services that are performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer, the Right of Withdrawal cannot be exercised once the service has started or the digital product has been accessed.

5.2. For other eligible products, the Buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving any reason, provided that the product remains unused and the license key (if applicable) has not been activated.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All software, scripts, designs, and content provided by Inovascript are protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized distribution, resale, or copying of these materials is strictly prohibited.

7. PRIVACY & SECURITY

The Buyer's information is protected under our Privacy Policy. Payment transactions are carried out through secure 256-bit SSL encrypted systems and reputable payment gateways.

8. AUTHORIZED COURT

In the implementation of this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and the Consumer Courts in the place of the Seller’s residence are authorized within the limits declared by the Ministry.
